I liked everything about it. the best hotel I have been to in whole Turkey. Great staff though they do not speak English well . but they try their best to help. wonderful variety of breakfast. you can enjoy it outside. tons of thanks to the General Manager and his hospitality and for the whole staff. 10 out of 10 !!!! -

The thermal baths are very clean and orderly in weekdays. The massage staff is nice. Also, nice breakfast! -

It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent.

- rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars
- staff is excellent- helpful and with good English
- breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city
- good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving)
- just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see

I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. -

I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. -

The hotel is spacious. The breakfast is good. Fully deserves its 4*. The hotel is located near university campus next to Nilufer industrial zone so the location was convenient for us as we needed to go to Nilufer. Transport links

Hotel staff were excellent both friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel
was in an excellent location near Ulu Mosque and covered market. Room
was excellent as was the breakfast. İ highly recommend this hotel if
travelling to Bursa. -

The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to
Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are
comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. -
The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman
Empire). Still working ))
