New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. -

A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great.
the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. -

They upgrade my room from classic one to corner room....WOW!! excellent view from my room, very wide windows, a charming green mountain view, very very big bath room. everything was excellent. the hotel is very near to carefour mall but not inside the heart of city ..even so it location is very good. Sheraton is one of best hotels -

The thermal baths are very clean and orderly in weekdays. The massage staff is nice. Also, nice breakfast! -

It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent.

- rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars
- staff is excellent- helpful and with good English
- breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city
- good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving)
- just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see

A very clean and well-designed hotel. Location is convenient for those coming by car. Very good breakfast. Expensive but high quality food in the restaurant. Most of the staff members and the female receptionists are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. Cleaning of the rooms is very well organized. -

I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. -

The hotel is alittle far from the city as you need a bus or a taxi. But everything is near you including resturants, taxi, laundry or pharmacy. But you will spend twenty lira one way to the city. The spa and bath are amazing. Breakfast is nice. -

Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. -

The reception personel was so helpful. They gave a lot of info about Bursa, the touristic places, public transportation, ex. The rooms were spacious and clean. Value for money, location a bit far from city centre but very calm mostly at night. Near the local restaurant, supermarket, and the best part is close to the fruit and vegetable market. Thermal bath available in the hotel also one good additional attraction. We love their couple room for Turkish bath :)

The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to
Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are
comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. -
The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman
Empire). Still working ))
