  New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. - Amazing hotel. Great staff.   Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. - 1.Location nearby Kent Mydani (Mall and shops are nearby). 2.Could be better if more cleaning , and maintainance done good.

  The thermal baths are very clean and orderly in weekdays. The massage staff is nice. Also, nice breakfast! - The spa was amazing and the breakfast to die for!

  A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... ce que les gens disent » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel. It suites all categories of customers. I am really impressed with all the services that this hotel offered me. I shall certainly stay with my family at this hotel whenever we visit Bursa.

  I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. - Old hotel and very bad

  The reception personel was so helpful. They gave a lot of info about Bursa, the touristic places, public transportation, ex. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Turkish Bath was great, also they have a Family Room for couples who want to use Turkish Bath together. The breakfast was OK. The Turkish tea was always fresh and tasty. It cost 1 USD and takes only 10 mins to reach - Value for money, location a bit far from city centre but very calm mostly at night. Near the local restaurant, supermarket, and the best part is close to the fruit and vegetable market. Thermal bath available in the hotel also one good additional attraction. We love their couple room for Turkish bath :)
