  Its located in Central Pattaya, which means its closer to the beach, Walking Street, shopping outlets (malls and small shops) and plenty of eateries. Its got good breakfast, massage parlour,swimming pool and easy access to the city.   friendly staff, helped when needed. location wise was excellent, walking distance from walking street but the area (soi bucaou) itself i perfered as its not as busy or as commercialised and met so many friendly people from all countrys. - The privacy.
