  We was staying 1 week room number 1700. Room was 7th floor and facing Soi Buakhao. Nice views from balcony and not noisy. First i was booking 3 nights but when take 4 nights more. Really good value for money. Big room, good bed, great shower, good location. - The staffs very friendly and I can find they speak English very clearly (not like in oth... ce que les gens disent » er hotels). Haha! Also the room is big, the bathroom is nice.

  Simply a very good place to stay for a very reasonable price. Also very good free WIFI and good restaurant. Best value for money in Pattaya. We will book again if we come there. - I stayed for a short time in this hotel but I will use again next time..

  The staff were polite and very helpful. My room was kept to a high standard.Everything was within walking distance. - Very good, clean and big rooms, near the sea side, good swimming pool. - location was good rigth in the midlle of every thing that was going on

  When I'm traveling with my ship all I want is a quiet clean place to sleep and shower/bath off the ship. The Siam Guest House allowed me to do that. Located near Mikes Mall and the Hilton Mall/Hotel, and central to all other bars I was able to relax as I wanted. Also, the internet was fast and reliable.   I emailed the morning before my arrival date to indicate that AirAsia had, a few weeks previously, cancelled my morning flight Phnom Penh to Bangkok and had put me on an evening flight so that I now expected to arrive about 10pm. Within the hour Simon, the owner, had replied thus giving me peace of mind....
