The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

The staff are the best in all the hotels i ever stayed in. They make ur stay memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is on the middle of the 2nd street from the beach road. The design and decoration of the lobby and rooms is modern and beautiful. Clean hotel in overall. -

The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :) -

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . That was a very good start. The suite was huge and spacious . Beautiful room , really nice bathroom and 42 inch Sony TV . Breakfast was included but if you know Pattaya nightlf

The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. Its located in Central Pattaya, which means its closer to the beach, Walking Street, shopping outlets (malls and small shops) and plenty of eateries. Its got good breakfast, massage parlour,swimming pool and easy access to the city. Plus, the staff is also very friendly and cooperative. -

This was my second stay at Areca. It's a bit 'tired' but great value all the same. Central to everything, the beach, shopping, bars etc. and easy to get a tuk tuk from to see wider Pattaya. Personally, I liked to walk. You see a lot more that way. The pools at Areca are fabulous after the heat and humidity. If I ever go back to Pattaya I would stay there a third time.
