  the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl... ce que les gens disent » e of days. didnt have too many problems with noise from adjoining properties or rooms. found bed and pillows comfortable. breakfast is good with a lar - Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

  Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location.   Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut... ce que les gens disent » e walk to the centre of Patong or a 5 min taxi ride away . Which all cost 200 THB which can add up during your holiday . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done
