  The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around.   THE STAFF The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable. The other reception staff are friendly, and aided when help is required.  THE ROOM I stayed in their deluxe room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff (especially Linda Vilaisin) very helpful to any requests from customers.   Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight.   The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were nice and very helpful - Everything - loved this place. Would return without a doubt.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
