The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. All of the staff, from waiters to gardeners, are doing an extraordinary job being very attentive and above all very, very friendly. Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. -
Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff were great, Poppy made the time to talk to us. Loved the quiet bungalows with loads of room. Breakfast was fine. Didn't see the pool but assume that was in nearby hotel. Was steps away from beach. We booked 1 day and stayed for 5 I think in the end. -
Location is good, close to Saladan to be convenient but fat enough away

Lanta Mermaid is a first-class boutique hotel. Small and personal with a great breakfast and very clean accommodations. The walk to the beach is just 2 minutes across the (busy) road. Everything was great at the hotel. I wasn't expecting this kind of
place given that it is pretty cheap. The staff was really friendly and
made a point remembering my name. Rooms are very clean and quiet, even
on the road side - they have good bay windows... For the first time in
Thailand I didn't need to use my earplugs at night.

Loved everything about this resort! Me and my fiancee stayed there for
almost a week during low season (end of August) and we highly
appreciated the quite and "low key" atmosphere. The staff was
super polite, friendly and attentive/observant. The beachfront

This is a wonderful hotel with very nice and helpful staff! the location (Klong Dao beach) is the best on Ko Lanta. The teritory of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, and villas are just fantastic! We were upgraded for free for beachfront villa (low season), so this villa was amazing, very well furnished! WiFi was everywhere for free. We really recommend this hotel!

Very new, nice and clean room/bungalow with a good bed. Loved the small terrace with hammock in front of the bungalow. Friendly staff, lovely spacious and clean bungalow with sea view. We
loved the hammock on our veranda and listen to the waves rolling in.
Perfect also with small children. At low tide they can play in the
shallows between the rocks at the beach. There is a nice cool
swimmingpool and a lovely restaurant, good service and excellent food.
We travelled with our 8 month old daughter and just loved this place.

very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice.

Friendly and courteous staff, great central location on the island (scooter rental available on site). Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families.
Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

Thip and her team have made a lovely, welcoming guesthouse - very comfortable restaurant area ith lovely, relaxing music - made the whole time feel like a leisurely Sunday morning. It was One of the best Hotels we stayed on our Trip of 7 months in Asia. The owner of the hotel welcomed us as Family members during our stay and the whole staff were Kind and helpful. The Rooms have a great size and all are with balcony. It was such a nice and experience and i really want to recommend the Hotel for all who want to stay on kho lanta. The Hotel is situated in the middle of kho lanta, which is a Good Location to reach everything easily. Thank you for a great stay on koh lanta.

Loved the beachfront villa. The beach was always so quiet and views were fantastic. Very cheap to rent a moped for the day and got to experience so much more of Koh Lanta. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the sunsets were stunning. Was worth every penny to stay in the villa. -

Da and her staff were great, the girls really do their best even if they don't understand. Da helped with and saved us money on day trips, all of which were brilliant, our favorite being Koh Rok.

We like this hotel very much- specially the personal. I have never
experienced such a kindness before. They made our stay the best of our
Thiland trip. First time in my life I was so sad to leave from the
hotel. They gave me handmade gift when we left, it was very heart-
warming. Long beach was very nice and free shuttle to the beach was
perfect. Hotel is very cozy and sweet, pool is perfect with childen.
