The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. All of the staff, from waiters to gardeners, are doing an extraordinary job being very attentive and above all very, very friendly. Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. -
Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff were great, Poppy made the time to talk to us. Loved the quiet bungalows with loads of room. Breakfast was fine. Didn't see the pool but assume that was in nearby hotel. Was steps away from beach. We booked 1 day and stayed for 5 I think in the end. -
Location is good, close to Saladan to be convenient but fat enough away

Everything was great at the hotel. I wasn't expecting this kind of
place given that it is pretty cheap. The staff was really friendly and
made a point remembering my name. Rooms are very clean and quiet, even
on the road side - they have good bay windows... For the first time in
Thailand I didn't need to use my earplugs at night.

Loved everything about this resort! Me and my fiancee stayed there for
almost a week during low season (end of August) and we highly
appreciated the quite and "low key" atmosphere. The staff was
super polite, friendly and attentive/observant. The beachfront
villas were elegantly furnished and kept high standard. Restaurant area

This is a wonderful hotel with very nice and helpful staff! the location (Klong Dao beach) is the best on Ko Lanta. The teritory of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, and villas are just fantastic! We were upgraded for free for beachfront villa (low season), so this villa was amazing, very well furnished! WiFi was everywhere for free. We really recommend this hotel!

Very new, nice and clean room/bungalow with a good bed. Loved the small terrace with hammock in front of the bungalow. The restaurant, where also breakfast is served, is just next to the sea (at least at high tide). Nice swimming pool. Overall the hotel is just beautiful. Good location at Khlong Kong beach with great restaurants and most creative beach bars (beautifully illuminated at night and you get to them by just walking along the beach starting from the hotel.
