  The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The size of the room was great for me and just enough for two. wifi is in the room. Great price in an excellent location; it was very easy to find everything and the staff gave me a map and explained a bit about where I was.   I didn't stay at the hotel that much as I spend most of my time outside. But what I can definitely say that the location is perfect and very very easy to reach (Sol Metro station), the room is very clean, big enough for 2 persons with an AC, which makes it comfortable.   The hostel is located in the city centre, 2 minutes from the metro Opera, the Palacio Real, 5 minutes walk to the Gran via, and 15 to the Prado Museum. Near many cafes and bars where you can eat and drink. We had a room with three beds, air conditioning, safety Deposit box (1 euro), tv, free wi-fi. The room was small but clean. Cleaned the room every day, but towels for three days is not ch - Location was great - in the historic city centre, you can enjoy a walk to many places of interest. My window was on pedestrian street Arenal, where people are walking all night long, but it wasn't noisy, I easily fell asleep (with closed window). Very safe district of Madrid.
