Spacious rooms, that are nicely designed, perfectly equipped and certainly meet four star standard. Very attentive housekeeping. You can enjoy the nice view on the beautiful lagoon from your balcony. Especially the lady owning the Villa really takes care of you to give you the feeling of being a welcomed guest and provides you with all the information needed. Enjoyable and private atmosphere. I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.

It was worth paying a little extra for the Honeymoon Room. It was a beautiful, bright, modern, large room and the view of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon was outstanding. We had booked the honeymoon suite which was just as described. Large room, fabulous double rainshower plus bath. Good quality linens and towels. The view from the room was breathtaking. Vee is such a lovely person and really wants you to enjoy your stay. Great breakfasts too

The location is wonderful, and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast. The spa right next door is a bonus and a must visit if you're having a relaxing weekend. -

To put my stay in context, I normally stay in 5 star hotels and have travelled extensively.
The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, the location is great, the place beautiful. Helen and her mother were perfect hosts and I can’t rate this place high enough. It is thoroughly recommended. - Amanzi was absolutely beautiful and the staff

Even though we were late arriving we were made very welcome .lloyd the proprieter introduced himself next morning and went out of his way to give us a hand drawn sightseeing map of interesting places to visit. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommendable place to stay.

The owners are a very friendly and welcoming English couple. They are extremely helpful. the room are comfortable and very clean. The DVD collection is a nice bonus. - made to feel very welcome - the owners kindly booked golf for us, and also lent us DVDs - so really wanted to make our stay good for us

The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was most enjoyable. -

The location of the Azure House is beautiful and the view from the room was breath taking.
My wife and daughter loved the rooms and the decorating which was "shabby chic".
The breakfast was wonderful and it was served on the deck overlooking the bay and headlands of Knysna so the back drop was over the top. -
