I'm glad that I choose to stay at Raffles Makkah Palace and I honestly can't say that there was anything I was not happy with. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite's panoramic view of the Kabba is far beyond description. The suite was larger than we expected, it was well furnished and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing, I had booked city view room, my mother is a wheel chair paitient, they upgraded me to harm view room free of cost, this meant alot to my mother, she enjoyed each and every moment, may Allah bless them for this upgrade, everything else was exceptional, staff the procedure, buffet, location, just excellent.... -

Overall, good hotel - fast checking in & checking out. The reservation staff called us to reconfirm our booking & they did the same before we checked out - much appreciated for that. On their system they had a higher rate for the rooms we've booked (higher rate compared to the rate we booked online), however they managed to correct it at the same we checked in. Easy access from/to Haram, unlike other hotels. Easy access to the food court as well.

The location is perfect for a spiritual trip, the perfect walk-able distance between the hotel and the holly Kaaba is just conveniently nothing to complain. High speed wifi almost everywhere in the hotel, including room.
Helpful staff. Would like to mention particularly Mr. Al-Bishi (Duty Manager), Faiz and Hassan (Bell boys) for their hospitality.

location and also the lack of availabity anywhere else. Same goes for
all the hotels in this area.
Other than that, the hotel is awesome.
Very nice and clean.
Staff are excellent and always willing to help.
One has to remember that in this location the staff are run to the ground as its too busy, so you have to exercise patience.
I would definitely stay here and recommend it. In fact I can't wait to return InshaAllah

I've been staying in Le Meridien Hotels, and this was my second visit in this same hotel. Hotel is very close to Haram and it is clean, comfortable and relax environment.
One special note I would like to make is that, I forgot my professional camera in my room and on my way back to Jeddah, one staff (Farmanullah) called me that sir you've forgott

The cleanliness, the comfort, and the general service were very good.
Compliments to the cook(s) for an excellent menu, breakfast and room service.

1- Very close to haram.
2- Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
3- Breakfast is very good.
4- Hotel staff is very helpful.
5- Premium room that I stayed in had a kitchenette.
6- Elevators are very good and efficiently programmed. Good size.
7- The clock tower complex had all the facilities - masjid for gents (Level P09) and ladies (Level P10), Food court (Levels P03 & P04), Shopping (Levels P0, P01 & P02).
8- The check in and check out was very efficient and quick.
