  Employees were very professional, we had to wait when we arrived as our booking didn't appear on their system initially. As an apology they upgraded the room for us. The room service and room breakfast were excellent. Great value for money. Their food is great. The facilities are exceptional. There is enough free basement parking. The shuttle service really runs round the clock and drops very close to Haram.
