1) When you reach the hotel, you can leave the car for a Valet parking. This service is excellent.

This is the 2nd time Im staying in Mercure. This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe.
Valet Parking makes it comfortable.
I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

This is the second time we stay here. The room is very nice, clean and comfort. Late check out is also available and the staff is really good, friendly and helpful. The spa, pools and gym are nice and clean as well. Everything is two thumbs up. we highly recommended other people to come and stay here. We definitely will come again. -

Breakfast was the biggest spread with the largest variety from healthy to heart with no compromise on quality.

It was an outstanding short stay. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival. Anyway, the guts know that it's not my mistake and the hotel was overbooked.... the result was to upgarde me to a luxury suit at same value...

The design of the hotel is extraordinary, the service was amazing and the location was just perfect. We have had access to the executive club which made our stay even more relaxing. Location of the hitel was very good easy to reach n just few steps away from main markets.
Cleanliness very good, loved the quite n calm atmosphere.
Due to booking error not on our part, hotel management were quick in solving n upgraded our room without extra charges. Carrying 4 kids sleepy it was very nice of them.
Breakfast buffet was lovely for me n my kids, everything.

Absolutely everything! From the classy furnishings and bathroom
accessories (everything having the 'I' of the Intour embossed on
it), to the cleanliness and design. The rooms were very nice, the
service and staff excellent. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to
select from. There was free wifi as well. -

1. We were three families and two singles, I liked that we all were
welcomed in the Hotel even the singles.

3. The lobby is bug and nice.
4. Each room contains a TV.

The check in and check out was seamless, the room was comfortable with the bathrobe and good internet connection. Breakfast view was magnificent, facing sea fronting Bahrain, plus the food is adequate.
