قمت بحجز جناح من غرفتين وعند وصولي تم ترقية الحجز الى جناح من ثلاث غرف من قِبَل الإدارة تفضلاً منهم بدون رسوم إضافيه. الإستقبال كان أكثر من رائع واحترافي وإجراءات الدخول تمت في دقيقتين.
الجناح نظيف و مرتب و واسع...غرفة النوم الرئيسيه فيها الفخامة وهي بدورة مياة مستقلة.
المسبح رائع جداً من حيث المساحه والتصميم....يوجد أيضا مسبح مستقل مناسب للأطفا

I visit al Khobar once every year, this is the first time I realy enjoy my stay because the staff of the hotel are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the furniture are brand new.
In summary every thing is just perfect

It was an outstanding short stay. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival. Anyway, the guts know that it's not my mistake and the hotel was overbooked.... the result was to upgarde me to a luxury suit at same value...

The design of the hotel is extraordinary, the service was amazing and the location was just perfect. We have had access to the executive club which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming,they made us feel so special. The response to our requests were immediate even though the hotel

Location of the hitel was very good easy to reach n just few steps away from main markets.
Cleanliness very good, loved the quite n calm atmosphere.
Due to booking error not on our part, hotel management were quick in solving n upgraded our room without extra charges. Carrying 4 kids sleepy it was very nice of them.
Breakfast buffet was lovely for me n my kids, everything.

The location is great, you can go walk for 1 minute to a cold store, laundry and a pharmacy. The restaurants, aldahran mall, ikea are 5-10 minutes away.
The hotel is still new and everything is clean inside.
Rooms are spacious, and the apartment are equipped with many things. Parking is good but not many inside.

1) When you reach the hotel, you can leave the car for a Valet parking. This service is excellent.
2) Swimming pool for adults and kids are good. Sauna & steam bath is also available.
3) Bed, Pillow, Cooling are gr8

This is the 2nd time Im staying in Mercure. This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe.
Valet Parking makes it comfortable.
I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

The cost is very good if you compare it with the location and quality. It's located in a famous street in AlKhobar "Pepsi street" where you can find everything you need in no time.
The hotel has 2 places where you can have a meal, and you can have a meal from Dominos Pizza which is in 2 minutes walking distance from it.

Location is great. Business oriented hotel. The most important for me room was clean. Internet connection broke on the 3rd day. Staff promptly responded trying to repair. Although it didn't work, I didn't bother much as it was an opportunity to sleep early. It is good value for the money. Missing a coffee machine in the room was the only minutes....

1. We were three families and two singles, I liked that we all were
welcomed in the Hotel even the singles.
2. The parking availability.
3. The lobby is bug and nice.
4. Each room contains a TV.
5. We do not have to wait much for the elevators.

The check in and check out was seamless, the room was comfortable with the bathrobe and good internet connection. Breakfast view was magnificent, facing sea fronting Bahrain, plus the food is adequate.

Absolutely everything! From the classy furnishings and bathroom
accessories (everything having the 'I' of the Intour embossed on
it), to the cleanliness and design. The rooms were very nice, the
service and staff excellent. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to
select from. There was free wifi as well. -
