Everything! Gorgeous apartment - comfortable, luxurious, well equipped. It had everything we needed & more. Great shower, beautiful linen, fluffy towels, and ridiculously comfortable bed that was very difficult to get out of! Extremely close to the charming town of Coromandel. A great place to escape for the weekend. Fantastic. -

Good setting across road from lake. Very clean and tastefully appointed. Was able to park dog trailer in a position viewable from unit. All we needed for our weekend at the dog shows.

the furniture was very comfortable, there was plenty of room to move around without tripping over bags etc. The beach setting was good for the soul, the wedding facilities were perfect! - esp the staff. I am recommending the place to any of my friends who are travelling that way. -

The owners are very charming, welcoming and helpful, and make a good breakfast - thanks! Our room was of a good size, and comfortable, because it was carpeted and had plaster walls - as opposed to other budget motels with cold block walls and tiled floors. The bed in the family unit was huge and so soft. The units were warm and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked for a few nights yet the weather turned bleak and the the owners let us change our booking without any penalty. Very kind and informative hosts.

I liked the convenience of having the thermal hot pools right at your door also the cafe for breakfast was excellent value for money. Also The accommodation we stayed in (self contained unit) was perfect for what we required we were able to cook have space to work as this was a business trip/school holiday get-away all in one. great stuff!

We were just passing through on the way to snow and had intended staying closer to the mountain but am very pleased we stayed in Turangi instead. The extra space and comfort at Settlers was worth a slightly longer drive to the snow in the morning and the value was fantastic. Helen was very welcoming and helpful, would happily stay again, and like to spend more time in the area.

The whole place was absolutely lovely, loved the pool facilities, the 6 bed spa apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. Absolutely loved it. -
Setting is idylic. Landscaping has been well thought out and very attractive. Have stayed here many times over the past 6 years
