The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.

The host, Pieter, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area, especially the neighborhood, and was able and willing to show me things that aren't in the travel books. was super duper comfortable. Location is good within walking distance
of all the major sights and close to 2 different tram stations. Room
was well equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. Hence perfect for
getting ansy storing some food in your room. The owner is very sweet
and helpful.

I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house.
