The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs.
The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

The location was great, 5 minutes to the subway and the buses around take you to a lot of places. -
Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person. Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul.
The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence.
The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English

Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly -
how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the
spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport
bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city
and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service.
Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very
comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair
gels, etc.

When we arrived we realized we booked the wrong night, a day later.
Without any problems or extra payments they changed the booking. Very
helpful and nice staff. Hotel is a good deal in Seoul I guess. Good
location, bars and streets around the corner but quiet. Close to metro
station, with little map reading skills easy to find. -

and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and spoke English well.
Breakfast was a mix of Western and Korean so perfect for us. Price was
right. Slippers and robes provided free of charge and there was even a
toothbrush set in the room.

Hotel Pharos is beyond my expectation with the amount of money I paid in comparison with other hotels in Seoul. The room is spacious, very clean, with new and comfortable amenities. The hotel is very convenient as it is a walking distance from the subway station. Staff are friendly, kind and can communicate well in English.

The reception desk is very kind and able to speak English. The wifi of our room failed but the staff quickly solved it in 2 hours. There're shops and restaurants all around the hotel, and subway 300m away, which is very convenient for city sightseeing and shopping.
