  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

  Enjoyed the private cottage feeling and private baths. While bathing, you can see Mt Yufu. The meals were excellent and the best on our trip. Only stayed one night so not sure how far it would be to walk to town. Very peaceful area. Will go there again.   The setting of this Japanese inn is beautiful and the rooms are great. But the most spectacular part of our stay was the Japanese kaiseki dinner. Outstanding! - The best hotel experience I ever had in this Kyushu trip: excellent food, great facility & very amiable staff. I'll definitely visit again!
