Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. Nice bay view from our r

Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff

The hotel is literally adjacent to Shinagawa station, so it enables easy access to all desirable destinations, be they airports, shopping areas, temples or gardens. Beautiful interior design. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, good views, superb bed and large shower/bath area. Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient to sightsseing areas as well as for the shinkansen and the Narita Express. This is a top Hotel.

Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. VERY Large rooms by Tokyo standards.
Excellent attentive staff who after one night away from the hotel, put our bags in the room and remembered every special request which we previously had asked for and were all ready in our new room when we got back!
Location: quiet enough but with enough going on nearby to keep you occupied.

We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel. Up to now the nicest hotel I sayed in Tokyo.. Amazing location close to the Emperor´s Gardens, Ginza and Tsukiji Fish market. The concierge took care of everything I asked - gave all infos, booked tickets, arranged for transport. Very well equiped rooms with funny colonial charme.

What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!
