The hotel decoration is very nice and modern. The room is new and well-decor. There is an iphone charger provided too! Totally recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location. Very convenient to travel around due to the close proximity to the JR, Bus station and Subway station. The hotel is centrally located and perfect if you need to use the subways and trains for business. It is connected to Sapporo Station via underground tunnel. The hotel staff was pleasant. English was limited but they went out of their way to be accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent and better than most hotels in Japan. Restaurant Rondo on the top floor was also excellent with great views.

The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

Very conveniently located outside the North Exit of Sapporo jr Station,
just 2 minutes walk in the open; especially good for us with luggage.
This Hotel is perfect for both long and short stay in Sapporo with small
eateries and convenient stores nearby. Check-in and out are smooth,
simple and quick. Staff is willing to help though with limited English.
Room and bath are spacious enough in Japanese standard. Excellent to
have massage chair in room for relaxation after a day's walk /

in every way.At breakfast if the supply of a particular food was
finished, on simple request it was replaced immediately. The breakfast

I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. I had stayed at one in Osaka for
a few days last year but this one in Sapporo was bigger. And of better
quality. I thought the bathroom was fairly large and luxurious despite
the room-size. The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Even
when I informed them that I had an accident with one of their lamps,
they quickly put my worries to rest & said they would take care of
it no problem. I plan to stay here again if possible if I am to come
back t

The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

We are a young couple from Tokyo. We enjoyed the view from our room,
were very close to the Yuki Matsuri, and had an enjoyable time during
the whole stay. The hotel will hold onto your luggage when you check out
if you still have time To stay. -
