The hotel was really convenient,even though it's not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of namba and dotonbori,it's still close enough and very quiet..just around the corner of daikakucho subway station,which is a blessing if you're using the kansai thru or osaka unlimited pass,but a bit of a walk from JR namba station..there's also a 24-hour supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
The staff were really excellent,they speak perfect english and always answer our queries with a smile

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence

Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

The staff is pretty friendly also they speak english very well, it takes a very short walk to get to the JR station Bishoen, very helpful maps available for free, the towels ain't free however the price still very good!

Very clean, I like the atmosphere there. This is small so not many guests living during my stay. The night staff is helpful and effective. The girl in reception could speak good english and knows some other languages. They are all

The facilities in kitchen are also good even I didn't use them much but all the basic cutlery and cookers could be found there. - Extremely friendly staff with excellent English.
The hostels location has many restaurants and places to drink. Osaka city center (Namba, Shinsaibashi etc) are 10 minutes by foot.
Very clean and very comfortable. Free wi-fi and hot tea and coffee are included.
Also, this place smells amazing! A strong wood smell.

The hotel is located near Daikokucho station which is1 station away from Namba station. Its quite difficult though to carry your luggages as the exit to Daikokucho leading to the hotel does not have escalator or elevator and about 200-300 meters walk. The staff are very friendly & courteous. The rooms are very clean with everything that u need

I had the most brilliant stay at this hotel. Stayed in a single room for six nights. The staff were keen to help and bore with me while we tried to communicate. Room was excellent and clean. The hotel was very amenable with late check out and request for room on a higher floor. I reckon I was given the best room with dual aspect views of the city.

The hotel is very close to the Tennoji JR station. You just take the 'central exit', then the 'north exit' and you will see a big sign of the Hotel giving you directions.
Breakfast is unexpensive and very good.
Bed is very comfortable, they have USEN440 and the great thing is the bathroom divided in 3 sections; shower and a bathtub room, sink room

The location is really nearby the subway station. within walking distance. food are also nearby the location, including the mini market, very convenient. Hotel is easy to find. very clean and comfortable room. will go back again to this hotel.
