Fantastic position inside Shin Osaka station. It is next to the central
gate for the Shinkansen on level 3. Look for the Coffee Shop to the left
of the gate - it's close to that. Immaculately clean, great staff,
room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely
would stay here again. Direct train to Kansai Airport (Haruka Express)
and 1 stop from Osaka station. Great place to stay on your last day
cause the hotel will keep your bags for you and then you can go direct

It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the
nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was
spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency.
As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday
masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well

For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

We reserved a standard double room for 2 nights and upon check-in we
were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

the room was the more spacious that we had in japan (includes Tokyo and Kyoto) - altough the semidouble room Bed could be kind of small (1.2 m) but romantic :)
Very good location - for foreigners that have JR Passes and arrive at Shin Osaka station with Shinkansen - you have to transfer to JR lines inside the city in Shin Osaka and take for 1 or 2

the location is only 5 min to osaka jr station, if you know how! at jr osaka station, find or ask for sakurabashi gate( don't ask for hearton hotel if you do, even the staff working at station show you a long way) exit this gate and cross the busy wide street,here you see umesan kouji-this is a small eateries arcade about 50 metres long, go through tothe end , here you cross a small street on your left hand the first high rising building is your hearton hotel,but if you can not speark japanese

close to Umeda and Central station, just a few min walk. we arrived after check in time (00:00) they stayed and waited for us (we called to ask).they were very helpful , showed us directions to places we asked. -

The very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who received us at the front desk. Though the room was a little small and there was no place to put more than a piece of luggage, it was very comfortable. Some thought has been given to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay: the pajamas and pretty slippers. Have been sharing with relatives and friends of this excellent hotel in Umeda.

The ambience of the place, the Executive Lounge that my wife Pholile
admires so much especially for the afternoon high tea. The 2hr
complemetary predinner cocktails and canapes were a plus. Our club room
was perfect. The staff were extemely helpful and very polite and made us

It is just 3 min walk right from subway station and we follow the
direction from one of the reviews and it was correct and easy. The
english sign is small but just look for green writing on the building
then you won't miss it. We walked to osaka jr station to take our
train and it was easy as well around 20 min walk with backpack. At 3rd

Very clean, comfortable, near to both subway and JR stations. Has restaurants and convenient stores near to the hotel.
Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Many good eateries and a good shopping spot. Once you exit the hotel, turn right. Walk straight until you see a pedestrian only street that intersect the street you are walking on. You won't miss it. -
Really frindly and helpful staff. The room was nice and big and a good bathroom with tub. The bed was comfortable and a desk with LAN access is provided.
Arrival from Minami-morimachi Subway Station is really convenient.
Tenmabashi station is a 20 min. walk away, from where you can get to Kyoto without a Shinkansen. Also you can reach Osaka Castle from here by another 15 minutes walking.
