The location is terrific--right near the Accademia and its important vaporetto stop, and just across the bridge from the busy and more crowded San Marco area. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of charge.   The location in the neighbourhood of the Salute church is ideal. When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! The room and the bathro - Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly, telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo Spirito was fairly good value for city.
