  Personnel très avenant. Ambiance très calme, très reposante. Cuisine maison excellente. Très bon petit déjeuner. Situation géographique au bout du lac qui permet d'atteindre Varenna et Bellagio par le côté plus naturel du Lac. Avis aux amateurs, c'est aussi un beau spot de voile. Hôtel à recommander rien que pour la qualité de son accueil. - Exce... ce que les gens disent » llent accueil. Ambiance familiale loin de celle des grands hôtels. Cuisine italienne familiale et excellente. Personnel (famille) très attentionné et très sympathique. On se sent comme chez soi. Chambre calme, grande avec bonne literie. Hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés et dans lequel on reviendra bien volontiers. Merci pour tout.

  Stayed for two nights at this hotel, which is set quite high in the mountains/hills. A long windy road up, but fun to drive and makes the hotel very quiet and isolated with amazing views. Attached restaurant was delightful and staff are very friendly, despite the language barrier. Food is brilliant.   This is a really modern apartment building, with nice furniture and beds (we were 6 in the room for 8). We were there in October, and enjoyed the floor heating, (and there is AC for the summer). We were happy to find dishwasher tabs and soap, and plenty of towels, toilet paper, and good kitchen equipment (not like some apartments where there is ex... ce que les gens disent » actly one plate per person). We enjoyed going to Menaggio and on the boat trip, and also hiking in the mountains. This is a super place with value for - the facility is fairly new, with underground garage, the pool and tub excellent for kids; spacious, clean apartments; close to one another and yet private; comfortable beds; close to the Lake and mountains; also shop and restaurants within walking distance; the staff very warm and helpful; it takes 30 min (on a densely tunnelled road) to get to Varenna (from there excellent ferry trip to Menaggio-Bellaggio-Cernobbio); quiet! great for watersports!
