Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

  The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance. The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

  The guy behind the desk when I checked in (and who was still there when I checked out the next morning) was fabulous. He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat. The location is literally across the road from the Pisa tower complex and about 15-20 minutes walk into the main shopping and eating district. Traffic noise did not cause us any concerns once doors and shutters closed.
