  People were very nice, friendly and helpful, gave us excellent coffee and breakfast, helped us with the luggage and map of the city.   Very nice hotel just a few minutes from the cathedral complex of Pisa, in the heart of the university district, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, food shops and a bus stop served by the airport as well as a train station bus. The manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do and places to eat. I would definitely return - All in all, had a nice stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and resourceful and gave us a lot of suggestions on local authentic restaurants that are good for quality and price. Location is prime, situated in between the Pisa old town and the Leaning Tower (5-10 mins walk to each). Direct bus service runs to and from the train station/ airport just 5 minutes down the road.
