Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel. I recommend it to everyone going to Pisa.

J'ai demandé une belle chambre et du coup nous avons été surclassé et la chambre était magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le style villa et la transformation en hôtel, je le recommande sans hésitation et de plus, il est très bien situé! - Hotel agréable, discret, le personnel est multilingue, las chambres sont vastes, propres.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. We did a lot I travel to other cities near Pisa and the owner was very helpful with all travel with train time tables

Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted.
A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip.
Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

The location was good because we travelled by train. Only 100 m from
railway station! 15 min. Walk from centre. Staff friendly, very clean.
Small bathroom but clean, the shower was good and even the hairdryer was
working. We did not try the breakfast. For 65 eur/night it was ok.
Recommendable for just a couple of nights or 1 night. -
