The staff were more than friendly. It is truely a hidden little gem.

  Nous avons passe un week end à Ischia pour le15 aout à l'opposé de la ville principale dans la partie de l'ile appelée San angelo. L'hotel avait une vue magnifique sur le village en contre bas. L'accueil familial etait très appreciable et de ce fait nous avons passé 3 jours splendides. Nous y retournerons surement. - Je confirme les commentaires ... ce que les gens disent » quant à la vue exceptionnelle, la serviabilité des hôtes et la qualité des repas de cet hôtel, qui sont ces gros points forts. Je recommande de prendre une chambre avec terrasse, qui permettent de prendre des apéros parfaits. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel.

The staff speaks a lot of Italian, but they are always ready to help you and listen to you. The hotel has its own heated swimming pools and one is inside so even if the weather isn't great you can still relax.   Everything was immaculately clean, very comfortable and the spa was amazing with highly skilled staff who fitted me in their busy schedule. I went in December and thermal pool and facilites were fully open. - Staff were helpful and location was good
