(Grado is frequented by mostly Austrian - Grado is a lovely town and Villa Marin is in a great location over-looking the sea. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Bed was comfortable. It was extremely hot while we were there but there was a ceiling fan in the room. The room we had had a balcony with a partial sea view.
