  We're just back from only 1 night's stay at this fabulous country house. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a welcome from Conor, who immediately guessed who we were before we even introduced ourselves! It seemed like he was eagerly awaiting our arrival!. The grounds are beautiful, nestled along a babbling stream in a very peaceful, serene and quiet setting. Aftternoon tea was a special treat, as were the delicious breakfasts. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Conor's suggestions and directions for our trip along the Ring of Kerry were outstanding - including the recommendation to have pancakes (crepes) at Strawberry Field (they were to die

  We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures.   Lovely friendly staff - esp the Polish lady. Breakfast was v good. Excellent location within 2 mins walk of the centre of town and right on the harbour/marina.   Accueil très sympa, belle maison bien placée, cuisine bien équipée, beau jardin, barbecue.... Point de départ de votre voyage pour le Kerry - Very clean place with lovely staff and great location on Ring of Kerry. Cosy sitting room with lots of books, internet access, conservatory, access to patio and back garden. We left some of our belongings in the hostel and the lovely lady in reception posted it back to our home address on the following day. Truly recommended pl - This place is perfect for backpackers as well for families with light budget. The kitchen and lounge are well equipped. There is a big garden with BBQ. Very near to the beach and steeffin walk. At the beginning of the ring if Kerry road. We had a double bed em suite room but actually even the dormitory are really fine and there are plenty of shared bathrooms and toilets.
