The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. The situation of the hotel, close to Larne ferry terminal, was excellent. The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!

The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.

The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels

Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is
the place to stay in Belfast.
Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME!
Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly.
The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :)
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

I can't recommend the Culluntra highly enough.
We where lucky that they had a cancellation & managed to get a room for 2 nights during Cushendalls busy festival week.
James & Olive welcomed us on arrival & where offered tea & a welcoming smile.

The owners were extremely welcoming and their hospitality was second to none (they even transported us down to the town in the evening and offered to collect us later). Accommodation was of an excellent standard - very clean, good size bedroom which had breathtaking views, great en-suite with power shower, lovely modern lounge with a coal fire. Breakfast (which you ordered the night before) was wonderful. Would certainly stay there again if we were ever in the area.

I would most definately recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.
