    Proprietors and staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant served wonderful food. It is a bit pricey for dinner but worth every penny! The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed and opened onto a wonderful garden. - Food was fantastic as was the service and the rooms was very clean.

    Le calme et la situation de l'hôtel. Le lit, très confortable. - Very friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble and in fact they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The quality of the room and food left nothing to be desired.     Like pretty much every other reviewer, I have to mention Frank (the owner): he's funny, very friendly, incredibly efficient and really helpful. Also the location is great: near the "centre" of town (if there can be centre in such a tiny place), one of the bus stops (called "Doolin Hostel") and the start of the Cliffs of Moher. Breakfast was nice, with options of full Irish breakfast, or smoked salmon on homemade brown bread (t - I loved that there was a castle in the back yard; I loved that this is a working farm that is managed well. Frank is great!! And even though Doolin is tiny it is jumpin' with music and friendly people.
