  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt use the pool but myboyfriend did and he was very pleased with it. The room/bathroom itselfwas very spacious and comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar, the latterstays open until 3.00am. - We booke 2 twin rooms and on arrival were given a lovely big suite,it suited our need perfectly for that evenin... ce que les gens disent » g as we could sit and watch the six nations game in comfort whist having a few drinks together.
