  All the staff are friendly.. they treat us very good... even the hotel is havent reach 5-star yet bit i can say that Mutiara Hotel is like 5-star.. - Location near Pasar Baru and Kartika Sari. I love shopping in this two places.

  The location to the renowed,factory outlets is excellent, just less than 3 walking minutes . The hotel room which I booked is very cosy for all of us, and the complimentary water dispenser is an excellent service as we drankmlotsmof water everyday. I like the family style comfort, not a crowded hotel with busy lobby. This place is idea - The service was very good. Deco is very pleasing and interesting. In the junior suite where my family and I were staying, there is a fridge, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser and plates and cutleries. The room is more than adequate for the 6 of us: 2 seniors on the queen bed at the lower level and the 4 of us on 2 king-sized mattresses up on the loft. For those who are concerned about the stairs up to the left, it is a comfortable climb - not too steep.

  The hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating. Always greeting us with smiles and whenever things were requested, they were very prompt. Wifi connection was good. Food was good. Room was just nice for me and my group of friends. Walking distance to some nice factory outlets like Jessie James and Secrets. KFC is just nearby(just fyi. Not saying th... ce que les gens disent » at you shd eat there everyday). walking distance to a good money changer which had good rates (Dolar Asia) overall, it was a pleasant stay. - Staff were friendly and helpful. Booked a double deluxe room but was upgraded to Deluxe Suite upon check-in which was a pleasant surprise. Was traveling with a 14 months old infant so the extra space in the room helps alot! Superb location within minutes of Jl Riau FOs.
