the honeymoon surprise we got from Ryan & Teno housekeeping. the room and service was marvellous! the staffs are very helpful and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights and attend the training here. The room was great and they have very friendly staff. The breakfast and lunch menu were delicious and had a lot of choices. The snack that I got during the training was good also. -

I like how they upgrade my room from standard size to deluxe comfort with a balcony facing the Pasopati flyover and also the and the Cempaka restaurant's staffs are also very handy while serving breakfast. And there was also Den Haag's Klapertart vendor at the entrance.

The service was very good. Deco is very pleasing and interesting. In the junior suite where my family and I were staying, there is a fridge, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser and plates and cutleries. The room is more than adequate for the 6 of us: 2 seniors on the queen bed at the lower level and the 4 of us on 2 king-sized mattresses up on the loft. For those who are concerned about the stairs up to the left, it is a comfortable climb - not too steep.
