Our room's 3 separate bedrooms, kitchenette and unlimited free wifi made travelling with teenage daughters quite relaxing. The service at the recep is excellent! He went all out to ensure the taxi is here when it was pouring outside. It was very difficult to book a cab during that hour and we were so glad he went all out to get one for us.

You know HK people have a reputation for being impatient and time is gold to them. Having said that, the people in this hotel try their best to be helpful to you and try explaining everything to you patiently. The location of the hotel is central and walking distance to many of the
shopping malls around. I like the fact that the shuttle bus services
around the key places such as Kowloon ael and China hk ferry terminal,
which was helpful to me, in arriving and departing from hk. The staff
was friendly and thoughtful such as helping my aged parents in get

it is really a good hotel based on the price range of the room rate. it is not that close to the metro stn but still quite convenient cuz hk is quite small anyway. the room size is ok, will 'HK size" just enough to meet all the needs. love the shower and bathroom. showering can be really important and relaxing. clean, nice city view. Have stayed there twice already. if the price is lower, will definitely go back hk for the hotel and all the shopping there.

The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room came with included breakfast which was adequate, but somewhat limited in variety.

- location is just outside of town, not crowded and relatively in the residential area, so many local food cafes and local feel.
Great for tourists who wants to experience local culture, without the touristy feel of central areas

Although small, our room had everything that a decent hotel should have.
Room and the hotel in general is very clean, staff are very helpful,
breakfast we ordered thru the room service was great. This hotel is
definitely way better than the other hotels/hostels in Tsim Sha Tsui
which are in the same price range. It is a great value for the money.
