_The Hotel's Design, mix of luxury and eco-friendly environment. _The Comfort of the room, every single detail of the room was designed to make you feel comfortable. _And of course the Staffs were amazing, especially "YING" (Ka Ying), helpful and very pleasant. Staffs will go the extra mile to provide you any assistance if needed. Best location you can get in Kowloon, very convenient,few blocks away from MTR (Mong Kok station) Amazing staff, chapeau to Simon Lee and his entire front desk team. Pinky from Sales was a huge help as well The newly opened Canton Pot restaurant is to die for. overall, it's without a doubt a 5 star service in a 4 star property.
tous commentaires » Price is very competitive. Staff is outstanding, very helpful .and they speak English well. The room is well appointed and had a microwave, tea kettle, refrigerator and dishes (that were washed each day) so it is easy to have breakfast or a late snack in your room. Everything was spotlessly clean. our stay was great.. really love this hotel. nice staff and very friendly. our room is clean and the housekeeper replaces the toiletries, change beddings and free 2 bottled water everyday.. though it's a bit too far walking to/from the mtr because we have to travel with our kid... The hotel is new and clean, but the room is small (For me is fine it's just a room to sleep and shower). The front desk staff is nice and friendly can even speak English and Chinese. The location is not bad just a 10mins walk from mongkok mtr exit a. I like was the overall design. It was clean and neat. Probably was a newly open hotel. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I can say the hotel room was quite spacious. Quite a lot of hidden drawers if you manage to notice. Hotel is in a good convenient location and practically everything you could ask for in a hotel!. The hotel is new and clean. The room is comfortable, though the size is quite small (but considered normal by Hong Kong hotel size). But though it's small, it has everything, from fridge, microwave, hairdryer, free amenities. the staff is excellant, the room is clean and new, you will have a good sleep here, oh yes the toilet is beautifull and clean , no smell at all, althought we are in the smoking room, water preasure is good. The room is spacious enough, room is clean and I love the friendliness of all the staff members there, they made me feel very welcome and I will definitely stay at Lodgewood again the next time I am in HK. Location was a bit difficult to find as it is at the beginning of Canton Road. It is not so near to the MTR and takes 15 mins. to walk to either Mong Kok Station or Prince Edward. surrounding is mostly building material shops and not too pleasant. Suggested: provide breakfast rather than coffee, muffin & bread. nothing at all!. The hotel was not easy to find. It was not obvious from the streets and the lobby was located on the upper level. it was located at the building material shop lot area but luckly is near to MRT station, the breakfast provided is very light and only have coffee so is not suitable for kid or non-coffee drinker. The price of the room was a little too pricy but other then that everything is super excellent!. Not very flattering views because of the old buildings surrounding. The sofa bed is hard. Small room for the money. Not easy to find. Some noise in the building due to on going work during the day (but not before 11am). A little bit hard to find the place, no sign nearby to guide. Nothing. Not all staffs speak English. Only people at front desk. Hotel shuttle bus driver cannot communicate with guest. The lobby is a bit small. Breakfast is only pre-wrapped pastries and coffee with milk powder. Registration desk is on 2nd floor, along with the morning coffee and muffins, so have to ride elevator again to go out. Location is about 5 - 10 mins walk from Mongkok mtr. Would be nice to have an in-room safe. Super slow wi-fi, hard to locate entrance do to construction, very noisy area. Lack of decisiveness from staff at the time of a fire alarm. It turned out to be a false alarm, but liaison between lobby staff and guests should have been more direct and positive. Once we had a problem with the laundry service which overcharged us (don't use it!) and the receptionist we talked to was really bad-mannered. Absolutely nothing bad to report about the hotel. Loved it. Typical hard Chinese beds, rooms just a little small to be too comfortable for mid-afternoon shopping break. maybe the breakfast should be more consistent. nothing. Rooms equipment/towels are dusty. Shower stall kept dripping water out into the dry floor of the bathroom. The free breakfast snacks suck and so does the coffee. Far from shopping mall and subway, scary neighborhood at night. nothing. There was no printer available for free printing of online booking. Room is small No holder for the shower. relatively small room. location.
