  The beach really is just across the road, and the sandy beach was wonderful. The local restaurants were touristy and uninspiring, but we found some excellent restaurants in the old town, which is about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel.   We had an excellent time at Yacinthos. We were treated like a family from the very start, and got a big hug at goodbye. The staff was very helpful, providing everything we asked for. The owner is a lovely lady, who prepares excellent breakfast, and making sure you're happy at all times. We had a deluxe studio.
