Having arrived late on a ferry into Heraklion, we were warmly welcomed by Yannis into his hotel with pizza and beers. Un appartement spacieux, moderne, avec terrasse, cuisine et un bon AC. Accueil chalereux et sympa de Stavros et son frère. Très bien situé à côté de tout, et pourtant silencieux. -
L'accueil très sympathique. Et bien que nous n'ayons pas eu une chambre sur mer, nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort simple de la chambre.

Great place and ambiance. We stayed in room #101, this was their cave room, part of the old monastery. Lot's of history here. The food at the restaurant does not disappoint! The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable as well. He also makes his own wine, raki (similar to grappa) and a lemon liquor. We bought some of his liquor to take home. Would definitely return here.
