  We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.   A hotel in a nice location, opposite Ioannina across Lake Pamvotis, so we had great views of the lake and the city. Courteous staff. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast.   The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. The stuff is great and the hotel managers are really helpful, Johanna and her husband helped us book activities in the area with a lot of nice recommendations for traveling. The breakfast is nice with homemade dishes and the dinner is very tasty and not expensive. The pool is clean and big and the children really likes - We hosted at the hotel Princess Lanassa with childrens, we enjoy in the clean swimming pool. The appartment was big and butyfull. the owners are kind, speek good english and help us.
