Everything was great. The location is nice - very quite place, but you can reach the center of the town or seafront on foot. The nearest good beach - 3 minutes by car. In the villa you can find all which you need. Very hospitable owners. -

We stayed a couple with two children (9+12) for 3 nights in a luxury equipped, pleasant and charming, high-level wherever we stayed during our trip in Greece.
Location: very comfortable for trips and attractions in the region, while a short drive (less than an hour) almost everywhere in the Zagoria region: Konitsa, Papingo, Monodendriy.

Its people work diligently and discreetly to offer impeccable services, including a rich breakfast with fresh products.
Its rooms are spacious and cozy, of excellent design and decor.
Most importantly, it is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the globe: the Zagorochoria villages of Epirus.
I was truly impressed, and therefore, wholeheartedly recommended it.

The hotel is so cozy, accommodation is perfect, the atmosphere is so relaxing and the view is fantastic - we enjoyed our stay there. Swiming pool is very pleasant for the children. The staff (i think it's family business) was very helpful.

we think that this hotel should set as example for family owned hotels. the hotel is very pretty, extremely clean. great location with mountains view, comfortable parking lot. the owner and his wife so nice, helpfull and did everything to make us happy and pleased. the wood decoration of the hotel, lobby and rooms, the decorated ceilings... the best value for money in our trip to greece!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. The food was terrific, especially breakfast. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly, which made our stay memorable. -

We've spent a week in Villa Pappas and the place is fantastic with a beatiful park all around the house and and a wonderful swimming pool. Our studio was quite big and had a fantastic view of the sea. The position is good to reach the beatiful beaches of the Epirus and also the beautiful cities of Parga and Preveza, very nice and full of tavernas

It was a very nice surprise: the place, the rooms, the swimming pool and the owners were fantastic. You could not find a better place to visit the beautiful Epirus region. Last but not least the view and the sunsets are simply great.
Endroit a recommander chaudement pour ses appartements, sa localisation, sa piscine, son jardin et ses fabuleux propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients. Idéal pour des familles.

Wow! This word best describes our impressions regarding this hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superb in all aspects. If you are fond of traditional greek food, ask the owners' advice for a place to eat: in a tavern 100-150 m away they serve the best food on Earth. -

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. This year I booked a quad room for my family of 4 and was given 2 rooms at no extra cost. Breakfast on the verandah was lovely and the view from this hotel is beautiful. We will come back again but next time hope to stay longer and investigate this beaut

The staff were very helpful and kind and always asking if we were enjoying our trip. The room was clean spacious with 3 comfortable beds. The city is wonderful and relaxing, a good locotion to get rid of stress. We had a rich breakfast with plenty of food. So, I would totally recommend this hotel
