  We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital.   The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless.   Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom.   The stuff was very polite and immediately helpful, the room and the all spaces of hotel was very clean. Very beautiful comfortable room, astonishing decoration , splendid view in the sea. Excellent!!!
