The shower is better than any other I have stayed, and the location is so convenient with Dresden's excellent tram system. You can purchase a beer or snacks in the corridor and pay at the check-out. Last but not the least, it is also the cheapest hotel at which I have stayed, with good breakfast. - Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent connections to city---15 minutes by tram; it's also quiet, and just a great place to stay. There's a small shopping center just by the tram stop which has great food. There's a bakery with good coffee, and an excellent Vietnamese takeaway (or eat in.) I didn't have breakfast at the Weltcafe as I preferred to have a coffee and bun at the place mentioned above.

  I have been travelling with a group of my students and Dresden was our first stop during 10-days trip around Germany. The staff was very nice for us, my students left very good feedback, we cannot complain on the breakfast.   A good find in a great location - just a short walk to the tram which runs 24 hours into the city which was just 2 Euro each way. Parking on site was limited but can be booked in advance. Very clean hotel. - A very good overall location - Large rooms, good breakfast.
