La situation géographique: à deux pas du U-bahn, à deux arrêts d'Alexanderplatz (ce chemin est même faisable à pied, environ 20min de marche).
Bien équipé.

... ce que les gens disent » king. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. -
Very last minute booking due to air traffic control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. No relevant problems where found. -
