Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

We were a group of four adults and two small children, the apartment was easily big enough for us. It is located on the second floor -
in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

Very convenient to most major attractions; easy walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamerplatz and underground. Big enough for a family with teenagers (2 bathrooms!). Good location for restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance. Bike hire is only 400m up the road. -
Location - central. Very comfortable bed. Reasonably priced restaurants

La partie ancienne de l'hôtel avec les larges escaliers en bois, laFriedrichstrasse et le métro tout proche Kochstrasse, un bon départ pourtoutes excusions - Personnel très compétent et souriant. Hotel très bien situé. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Chambres très bien insonorisées.

The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.
Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

It was seconds from the U-Bahn stop. Nice downtown location. Apt. was roomy for family with 2 kids. It has all the cooking items you need for a short trip. It has a garage for a extra small fee. Worth it as on street parking is limited. -
A very nice apartment. It had plenty of room. The secure parking garage was a nice so we didn't need to leave the car street. The U Bahn was right outside the door to the building.

The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money
