  La situation géographique: à deux pas du U-bahn, à deux arrêts d'Alexanderplatz (ce chemin est même faisable à pied, environ 20min de marche). Bien équipé. L'agence s'occupant de l'appartement est très arrangeante pour les horaires de remise des clés. - The location was good. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

Le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait bon. Les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer! We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. You can go walking to the city centre (Mitte). In 20 minutes you are in Alexander Platz.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.   Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Wemoved to... ce que les gens disent » the loft which was absolutley amazing !!! - Very ample rooms. Conveniently located and not far from U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Good heating system, able to keep the apartment nicely warm in the Berlin winter. Clean and good looking.
