The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.
