  We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. It was our 3rd time in Berlin in 2 years but our first staying in an apartment. Mela the manager had the apt equipped for us and even had a present for my son, she is a lovely lady. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

  Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
